  Horrific management company. I have never in my life seen worse customer service. They refuse to e-mail or call you back. They think if they ignore you then you'll just go away. Do no rent one of their properties. They are horrible!

  I live in the Ashton at Dulles this is my review for them as they are managed by Greystar ****You will regret moving here believe me***** PLEASE READ AND READ ALL COMMENTS BECAUSE THOSE POSITIVE COMENTS LEFT HAD TO BE PAID TO LEAVE THEM! This is the worst place I have ever lived! Luxury living my butt!!! Upon moving in (April) my apartment was no where move in ready! It had not been cleaned & they left tools laying around. So I had to go to the leasing office to report it, no one from the office gave me a walk through of the apartment upon moving in or explained how anything worked! The master bathroom tub & countertop was in horrible condition with bad stains ( but this is supposed to be luxury right?!?!?) I made several attempts to speak with the leasing manager, be she avoided me, even when I could see she was in her office. When I finally made an appointment to meet with her before my movers came she was a no show then she QUIT!!!! So I had no choice but to move my stuff in. After making several attempts to contact corporate Greystar which is also full of it I was directed to the regional manager who promised a bunch of stuff but Halfway came through & then I couldn't contact her for like 2 weeks. Finally they have a new property manager, but I guess she does what she wants & not what is stated!!! My tub was fixed & my countertop was supposed to be replaced! But they painted a marble countertop white as I asked them not to in several emails!!! I have all of this documented also. They are supposed to replace the counter top now but it's been two weeks without a word! They are very unprofessional here is paint all over from when the painted the sink, they where supposed to send someone to clean the mess in the bathroom but of course they did NOT! This place is horrible it looks nice when you visit but trust me what you move in will be nothing like the model they show you. It's a classic bait & switch method. There are much nicer places in the area I suggest staying away from all GREYSTAR properties b/c if you have a problem no matter how many people you contact in corporate & messages you leave they will not return them & that is not how you do buisness. Ultimately they told me that I am not stuck in my lease I can leave at anytime but are the going to refund me the money paid to my movers?!?!? NO!!! Don't do it you will regret it nothing on the building ever works. Oh & you can't have the heat & the air turned on at one time, metinance has to come to your apartment & turn one or the other on.... Where is the luxury in this place? There are none just scams...
